Can I Convert my Car to Run on E85?

There are after-market e85 conversion kits that can convert many cars to run on ethanol, but they do not contain the sensor that controls the proportion of ethanol to gasoline. So it may save you some money, but not nearly as much as owning a car that has already been set up for e85.
