Salt water taffy is a delicious, soft candy that was first made and sold in the Atlantic City, New Jersey, area. It actually doesn't have salt water in it! It generally comes in a large variety of fruit flavors, peppermint, chocolate, and vanilla. It is wrapped in waxed paper that is twisted on both sides. Yummy!
