It depends on what kind of cat you have. Most cat's will grow until they are a year old. Some other cat's will grow until they are a year and a half.

Depending on the breed, cats are full grown at around 3 years old. They can keep getting heavier, like people tend to do in middle age, but they won't get any taller or longer.
