Dogs will usually eat almost anything. They love to snack and munch on things and are not too particular about it either. They are like living vacuum cleaners!

Dogs eat most things that they shouldn't, so it is no surprise that it's eating paper. Was something tasty wrapped in the paper? My dog eats paper, especially toilet paper (unused), so your guess is as good as mine!
