Why do You Never See Baby Pigeons?

Glad you asked...
Baby pigeons are some of the most spoiled children around. No, really it's true. Their mamas and papas feed them almost non stop to make them nice and plump and healthy. Pigeons lay 2 eggs at a time, and they have assembly line going. So once their babies have moved to a more solid diet, their parents make a new nest and start again. But they don't neglect the first babies, in fact both parents take turns egg sitting and baby feeding. By the time the babies leave the nest, they look so much like the adults, that only experts and other pigeons can tell them apart.
