No one knows for sure why dog's eat grass. They may feel like they need the nutrients from the grass because they are not getting it from there food.

Dogs eat grass normally due to an upset stomach. They also do it out of just plain boredom. If your dog eats grass and then vomits you might want to have them checked by a vet.
