How does An Amoeba Move?

Glad you asked...
An amoeba moves using what are called false feet. They change their shape to form one or more extensions which are used to move, then reabsorbed when the amoeba is done.

Then again, this answer might help you...

Amoebas move using a pseudopod, or false foot. When the amoeba wants to move, it extrudes a tube that is used as a foot. When it's done moving, the foot is reabsorbed.
