Baby quail can eat small amounts of the food the bigger ones eat. They like seed, and grain. The also have quail feed in stores that you can buy.

Baby quails eat pigeon or chicken feed. However, pet bird feed is not recommended because it is hard for the baby quail to process the seeds.
