Water gets recycled over and over. It rains on the land and that gives life to the plants and it drains into underground reservoirs, lakes, streams and rivers. Eventually what does not evaporate ends up in the oceans. More evaporates into the air from the ocean. This causes clouds and it rains. Cycle repeats.
